Description

We are looking for a Computational Structural Biologist with proven expertise in modeling protein structure and function using cutting-edge ML algorithms. A multidisciplinary team of biologists, computer scientists, and software engineers will collaborate with the successful applicant to employ state-of-the-art deep-learning techniques to discover structure-guided insights into protein structure and function.

Requirement:

• Have a master’s degree or higher in computational biology, biotechnology, biophysics, biochemistry, and computer science or a related field with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience in developing and deploying deep-learning models in Python.
• Established previous experience working with protein structural data such as PDB files and molecular dynamic (MD) simulation
• Prior experience working with cloud-computing systems (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
