Engineered proteins play a big role in healthcare, agricultural, and industrial settings. The potential search space for proteins is greater than the number of atoms in the universe. To create new designed proteins with ever increasing complexity, it’s necessary to generate what is needed from scratch rather than rely on searching every larger haystacks for the needle.
310.ai is an end-to-end generative AI platform for protein design. We’re building a state-of-the-art computational lab that interfaces with our platform generative model to enable scientists to design novel proteins from scratch while optimizing desired properties simultaneously. 310.ai aims to by-pass the trial and error of protein optimization and parallelize the process for speed and efficiency.
