310.ai is a team of scientists and technologists building the AI operating system for life sciences. We left positions at the leading research institutions, tech companies and biotechs because we believe the convergence of generative AI and biology is one of, if not the most, consequential inflection points on the timeline of human history.

Founders

Koosh Azimian
CEO & Founder

Koosh is a serial entrepreneur and former Staff AI Engineer at Facebook. At the age of 20, he achieved an Erdos number of 2 for his research in cryptography and the foundations of computer science. In 2012, he founded Concertboom, which quickly rose to become one of the top five highest traffic search engines for event tickets. In 2018, he developed Kookoo.ai, an innovative AI engine designed to create abstract paintings. By 2019, Koosh joined Facebook, where he served as the TechLead for Ads Ranking.

Kathy Y. Wei, Ph.D.
CSO & Founder

Stanford Ph.D. and postdoc training in computational protein design with David Baker. At Amgen she applied structure prediction, loop/linker modelling, stabilization, affinity modulation, and more to support immunology, cancer, cardiometabolic therapeutic areas. She also built an interdepartmental group to launch AmgenFold platform. Multiple patent holder and published in Science, PNAS, and Elife.
