Description

We are looking for a bioinformatician with proven expertise in software engineering to develop software tools for our innovative drug discovery pipeline. A multidisciplinary team of biologists, computer scientists, and software engineers will collaborate with the successful applicant to design and develop a variety of ever-evolving bioinformatics tools.

Requirement:

• Have a master’s degree or higher in bioinformatics, computer science, or a related field with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a software engineer with Python.
• Established previous experience working with next-generation, OMICs data (genome, transcriptome, proteome)
• Prior experience working with cloud-computing systems (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
